Dmitriy Filippov is an artist and a curator. He studied in the Altai State Academy of Art and Culture and graduated from the Institute of Contemporary Art in Moscow. Starting from 2012, he is one of the managers of the “Electrozavod” Gallery. In his art Dmitriy delves into the specificity of Russian border regions, carries out exhibitions in non-art locations such as fields, abandoned areas and former factories
