Georgy is the renowned master of monumental and easel sculptures. While studying at the Stroganov school, Frangulyan became a constant member of art exhibitions in Russia and abroad. During his lifetime he’s participated in more than 100 projects. Many cities worldwide store the artist’s works: monuments to Joseph Brodsky and Bulat Okudjava in Moscow, “The Barque of Dante” in Venice, the monument to Peter I in Antwerp. Georgy Frangulyan works with bronze, marble, wood, glass and wax. Being also a graphic artist, he created the technique of wax drawing, resembling encaustic painting.
