"THE ARTIST" AS A STATUS, IN MY OPINION, IMPOSES A CERTAIN SET OF RULES, VARIOUS CONVENTIONS AND ANOTHER LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY, LOYALTY AND AMENABILITY. THE PHRASE "I AM AN ARTIST" IS A POSITIONING THAT IS STILL NOT ABOUT ME. IN FACT, I DO JUST AS WHAT I DID AS A TEENAGER.

Kirill Lebedev (Кto) is a street artist. Earlier in his career, the artist painted urban spaces, leaving sketches, signatures, quotes, ironic and philosophic statements at walls. Since 2013, Kirill mainly works as a graphic artist, gradually distancing from the street art scene. He names such graphics "post-graffiti", "postflaxus". It is when all that had been painted at walls, now is transferred to canvases and cardboards.
