IN MY OPINION, THERE’RE SOME HIGHLY IMPORTANT ISSUES IN ART, SUCH AS TACTILITY AND UNDERSTANDING THAT A BRUSHSTROKE OR A PIECE OF FABRIC WAS THOUGHT AND SENSED THROUGH BY THE ARTIST. YOU CAN FEEL THIS IN ART WORKS
Tatiana Chernova has actively been participating in Moscow artistic life since 1989, being a member of the Union of Moscow Artists. She takes part in numerous Russian and international exhibitions, being one of the most poetic and complex artist of the contemporary times. Tatiana in her art masterfully combines classical motifs (such as Renaissance, Baroque, Russian academism) with acute experience of the contemporary times. The artist displayed her artworks at the International Textile Biennial in Belgium, decorated costumes for the “Pierrot Lunaire” ballet by Arnold Schoenberg (director Alexey Ratmansky). Tanya’s art is in collections of the All-Russian Decorative Art Museum, of the Museum-Reserve Tsaritsyno, the Moscow Museum of Modern Art, the Russian Federation Government House, the Russian House in Washington, the tourist agency ENIT in Rome and in private collections of Russia, Austria, Italy and other countries.
