NEW ENTRY RULES
We prepared this present for our guests on the occasion of Anatoly Zverev’s birthday.
All visitors will see the exhibition "Costakis’ Choice" dedicated to the legendary collector George Costakis (1913–1990) who assembled and opened to Russia and to the world works of the representatives of the first Russian avant-guard. The collector was among the first who started supporting Anatoly Zverev.
In the very beginning of each film screening session you could hear a small introduction from our science and research staff and then see the film "Costakis' Gift" directed by Elena Lobachevskaya specially for the exhibition.
After getting acquainted with the exposition, anyone willing can take part in the AZQuiz and get a gift from the AZ Museum!
Pay attention that these days Museum works according to the film screening schedule!
Plan your visit and register for any time convenient for you in advance.
We recommend travelling to Mayakovskaya metro station. The walk to the AZ Museum will take around five minutes. After leaving the station, turn first to the right into the alley, then moving forward, at the first intersection, turn left to 2nd Tverskaya-Yamskaya street. Walk a few meters. AZ Museum will be on your right.
There are paid parking spaces on either side of 2nd Tverskaya-Yamskaya street or in the nearest alleys. Parking is limited, and on weekends and public holidays, the parking lots may be full.
