Dear visitors! Note that the AZ Museum will be closed from April 1 due to the exposition change.
In 2020, the AZ Museum celebrates its 5th birthday. Specially for that occasion we release the project called "AZ Adrenaline".
Five years ago in Moscow the first private museum of one artist — Anatoly Zverev — was opened. Since then, there were carried out 9 exhibitions in the AZ Museum and 9 ones in exhibition spaces — from Moscow to Florence.
During this time, the Museum founders Natalia Opaleva and Polina Lobachevskaya, together with the Museum team, discovered more and more interesting details in the epoch of nonconformist artists, suggested new approaches for the museum development. These five years were filled with endless stream of creativity and adrenaline.
Specially for our first anniversary we present the online project "AZ Adrenaline".
In the course of a few weeks you will be aware of the appearance and development of the AZ Museum. You’ll know, how our exhibitions and events were carried out, and will be introduced to expert opinions and impressions of our visitors.
By metro
We recommend travelling to Mayakovskaya metro station. The walk to the AZ Museum will take around five minutes. After leaving the station, turn first to the right into the alley, then moving forward, at the first intersection, turn left to 2nd Tverskaya-Yamskaya street. Walk a few meters. AZ Museum will be on your right.
By car
There are paid parking spaces on either side of 2nd Tverskaya-Yamskaya street or in the nearest alleys. Parking is limited, and on weekends and public holidays, the parking lots may be full.
